Signature Floors Design Centre has expanded its operation to include “Signature Renovations??? a division of SFDC, focusing on residential and commercial renovation. SFDC not only displays all types of flooring but also has cabinets, counter tops, and Hunter Douglas window coverings in the showroom, making your renovation experience a one stop shop.
Our In-house designers offer custom design and drawings for all types of projects, from basement, kitchen or bathroom design and renovation to custom commercial office space design, layouts and renovations.
Our in-house trades allow us to control cost and schedule projects to be completed in a timely fashion and on budget. Our team of sub-trades have guaranteed contract pricing which enables us to pass those cost savings to our clients. Licensed, bonded and insured, all our trades execute projects with quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and due-diligence allowing a quality finished job without cutting corners.
Projects are managed by our designers coupled with a site supervisor who keeps the project on track and maintains the schedule set out to complete projects to your satisfaction. All project changes are recorded on approved change orders, leaving no surprises at the end of a project.
